started to stall on me lately, but would start right back up. Stalled last week and wouldnt start, the only way it will start is if I hold the gas pedal to the floor. Even then it runs very rough and quits. Replaced starter, fuel filter, and plugs.

sounds like low fuel pressure. have it checked by a shop to verify. a leaking fuel pressure regulator could also be the culprit. a shop can easily check these items and give you a bid for repairs. Roy

Check the throttle position sensor voltages and adjust/replace as needed.

It appears that my timing chain either slipped or broke. The engine quit while driving down the freeway. Now it just turns over real fast and won't start.
