Question: valve seals

Rookie

i paid to have valve seals replaced and water pump and timing belt replaced its been almost 500 miles later and motor still smokes at start up its blueish/white smoke and last a few seconds same as it did before and it last just a few seconds . is there anything else that would cause this

bring it back and tell the shop that the valve seals are still leaking and to double check their work

If the seals are still leaking then the valve guides could be worn.
