  I took my Subaru in for them to look at my cracked windshield on my car which I had less than three weeks. They claimed it was not a stress fracture and therefore not covered under the warranty. They wanted to charge me $945 to replace the windshield. $945! $945! I called another Subaru dealership who said it would only cost $450 which is still a lot considering I've owned the car less than a month. I still think there is no solid evidence that it was not a stress fracture, and they just didn't want to cover it. Yet another company that does not understand customer service, but only cares about the bottom line. A real company would be sympathetic to the fact that I've only had the car a couple of weeks and would replace it considering the questionable circumstances. Don't they get how to build customer loyalty? It's scary how dumb they are. I felt so ripped off when I left, I honestly checked my console in the car to see if I could figure out if they stole any loose change from me.
