The rear door locks, both sides will not work when using the remote or the driver's door button for all locks?

MasterIt's odd for only the rear door locks not to work. Could the childproof locks be "on" if the doors won't open from the inside or a master lock switch be "on". Is there anything in the owner's manual about hitting the open button twice to get all the doors to open.
