My 1997 Honda Odyssey has been burning oil; have 157K miles on the car. Over the last 8-9 months have used approx. 3 quarts of oil. Recently replaced the PCV value, no oil leaks, no unusual exhaust smoke. The car runs great and would like to keep it for another 1-2 years, but concerned about it using this additional oil. How serious is this? thks

You may need to get your engine rebuilt to stop the burning oil problem before you do this i would try to use a oil treatment to try to stop the oil burning sometimes it works with 157k i would not be usual for the head gasket to need service.
