The door actuator motor is broke and needs replacement....common problem your local shop can fix.
Cold air intakes are a performance enhancement and some times help with fuel mileage...if filter is clean use it.
Try another key-it may be worn enough to not release the lock.Make sure steering wheel is not in a bind,move it back and forth as you turn keys.If that doesn't work sounds like ign switch key part is bad
ignition switch is bad-not the key part -the electrical part-Replaced a lot of them-Good Luck
have it scanned asap before you drive it any more-may be something as simple as a solenoid but dont take the chance till you know-it can lead to catastophic trans failure-Good Luck
The most important thing is the proper voltage and grounding at the alternator-You need to have it checked and the problem will be solved-take it to a shop for this diagnosis and you will save money.
I agree to change it at 30K intervals-I would do a 100% fluid exchange(not A Flush with chemicals which will damage trans) that will get all the fluid out of the converter and trans cooler-I use a synthetic fluid and cost should be about $110.00
Suggest a scan to get to the root of the problem and to check for codes or electrical problems-Maybe a solenoid? no fuse that could cause this problem could also be the shifter cable if you now have no gears.
You check it with an ohm meter or HZ meter-it is not uncommon for the speed sensor to go bad-usually speedo jumps around and auto trans shifts irratic-Buy one from the dealer-aftermarket one is not of good quality-good luck
Is the abs light on or flashing-sounds like you need a brake inspection by a shop-may be in the normal braking system or could be something simple like a stuck caliper slider
