Question Asked: New Fuel Pump And Filter Was Running Great Until Today
February 05, 2011, 06:50 PM
My 1993 dodge ram 250 conversion van,was running great with a oil change, filter, new fuel pump and fuel filter, but today, it didn't seem like it was getting enough fuel, was losing power poping and it sounded different sometimes than it usually does. What might it be? Thanks
Question Asked: What Could Cause Transmission Fluid To Leak
November 13, 2010, 11:17 AM
I'm leaking transmission fluid from the middle section of my van. There is a little puddle. I guess it is the seals but what else could it be and what should I do put alot of transmission fluid in there and drive it to the mechanic. I just got it back from him after he put a cable in, 'cause it wasn't shifting right. It wasn't leaking, before I took it there. donna_rdly@yahoo.com
Question Asked: Why Does My Shifting Skip?
November 05, 2010, 04:21 PM
My mechanic says my shifting is going from low to 3rd gear like I would if I was going fast on the freeway instead of the gear it's supposed to be in when I'm driving slow, causing my van to be sluggish. He doesn't know why. I have an automatic transmission. If someone could help me maybe I could help him. Instead of paying for parts not needed maybe I could replace the right parts.
Question Asked: It stalls at stop lights, frequently
October 19, 2010, 12:52 PM
It only stalls at the stop lights in drive. When I'm driving, it's ok. It's only when I stop. I just had a new altenator put in, new water pump, and cooling system. I know it might be plug wires that go to the engine. or the fuel pressure regulator. I have a push button to start it. It starts fast.
