My 93 Jimmy ran great. Just Had a tune up done with new plugs, wires and so on. It Has 230K and ran like new. Then one day I get up and it won't start. It turns but there doesn't seem to be a spark from the wires. ALso, there seems to be an order of gas in the oil? What the heck did I do?? Any help??
This might seem like a stupid question to some, but I've got a 1990 new yorker that won't stay running. If I keep my foot on the gas peddle to keep the idle up it will run but as soon as I let up it dies and I have to jump it to start it and it does the same thing.
Is there anyone out there who can help me?? I have a motor home with a ford 460 motor. It has 53K miles and runs like new. The problem I got is it burns a qt. of oil every 75 to 100 miles. It doesn't leak oil, and it doesn't smoke except in the morning but once it warms up there is no smoke at all. I've talk to 3 different shops and I'm told they have no idea cause the oil is supppose to be going somewhere or I'm told the engine is shot and needs rebuilt. I find that hard since it runs so strong other then burning alot of oil. Can anyone help me please>>>
