Control arm bushings are noisy as they get older. In reverse you are stressing the front arms, sway bar bushings so best to bring in to have it checked out.
The turbo needs to checked. Camshaft cover leaks and should be repaired when you do the timing belt at 105K miles.
What was serviced? Take it back to the shop that did the work and ask to have the code pulled. If it is related they will most likely take care of it.
