Thermostat may be stuck open. Much than if it were stuck closed. Check the vent door to make sure it is moving freely. In the colder mornings it will take longer to get hot air from the vents. Have it checked out soon. Cooling systems in a BMW are only reliable for 70K miles before you should replace all components that are plastic like the radiator, expansion tank, water pump, thermostat housing. GL
I'd want to see data wile the car is running. When were the upstream sensors changed? What brand rear sensors did you buy? What does the computer think the engine temp is? Verify it as well.
Could be the master cylinder or the brake booster. You need to have it looked at soon.

Your car needs service Frank. Take her to someone before huge money problems surface. We see it all the time when people won't service the higher end European vehicles and then can't afford the repairs.
