AFTER CLEANING THROTTLE BODY,MY MIL LIGHT TURNED OFF,BUT,NOW I'M GETTING CODE PO507,WITH MIL LIGHT OFF,THROTTLE BODY WAS VERY DIRTY,I HAVE A OBD11 SCAN TOOL,CAN I RESET ECM TO LEARN THROTTLE,NOW THAT IT'S CLEAN,I WAS TOLD WHEN THROTTLE IS DIRTY ECM MAKES ADJUSTMENTS TO IDLE,SO NOW THAT IT'S CLEAN ECM HAS TO RESET,THAT'S MY UNDERSTANDING,NOT COMPLETELY SURE,ANY ADVISE APPRECIATED AS USUAL,THANK YOU

I HAD SIMILAR ISSUE ON MY 99 SILVERADO,4.8,V8,4X4,HAD ENOUGH FUEL PRESSURE TO START,THEN WOULD DIE,TURNED OUT AFTER CHECKING FUEL PRESSURE WITH GAUGE AT STRATTER RAIL VALVE,IT WAS ONLY 10PSI,CHANGED FUEL PUMP AND SOLVED ISSUE,

CHECK YOUR FUEL PRESSURE,ATTACH A FUEL PRESSURE GAUGE TO FUEL RAIL STRATTER VALVE,IF PRESSURE IS LOW,THEN IT COULD BE FUEL PUMP,PUMP MIGHT NOT BE SUPPLYING ENOUGH PRESSURE,I HAD SIMILAR PROBLEM AND WAS ABLE TO HERE PUMP ,BUT ONLY GOT 10PSI,TO LOW,REPLACED PUMP AND IT TOOK CARE OF PROBLEM, I GOT PRESSURE GAUGE AT HARBOUR TOOLS FOR $19.,HOPE THIS HELPS,GOOD LUCK, KEEP US POSTED
