My advice. Sell the car because that transmission fluid running in your engine is tearing it up. Your bearings are probably about to give up. If you don't want to sell it I recommend either rebuilding or buying a whole new engine and for sure replace the transmission
Take it in to a place that works on imports and domestic cars. Also you should always check the fluids in your car to see if you are running low or if it looks pretty gross. You should do a transmission fluid change probably every 10,000 miles.
my galant ES squeaks loudly just outside the firewall where the power steering lines connect to it. im not that familiar with DSM parts so do i just need to lubricate it? or is there something else that needs to be done? also can i get some tips on how to fix this because i dont have all data anymore.
i think your talking about a ball joint
face palm. most roads have a slight hump shape to help water run off into ditches. alot of people think they have an alignment problem when they dont because they think its pulling to the right but naturally the car will want to steer that way because its not level on the road.
either the line is clogged before it splits off to the front and back or you need a new motor or pump to push fluid out.
charge it a little bit on the charger and then if you want you can have someone jump start it. also have someone checkout what is using the battery when you leave the car off.
if you have the h22 motor in it, then you most likely have hydrolic clutch. if either your master cylinder or slave cylinder are faulty, then replace both.
my relatives galant has the same problem. it is the relay for the sunroof. im guessing it does not work. one of the buttons pressed in above the radio will stop the click. its the button with the picture of the car with an arrow circulating inside it.
