Sounds like contamination on the surface of your clutch....did you replace the clutch, press plate, and throwout bearing? Is the flywheel within tolerance?
You had it installed backwards. + to - and - to + need to be + to + and - to -
Should be a very small butterfly valve on the bottom of the radiator.

New air filter, compression check, Engine analyzer, super unleaded.
CV joints are a pain, cost of part plus 3-500.
