My wife has a 1999 Volvo S70 GLT, pretty much the same as the 850 GLT, 2.3L Turbo. It is a sweet car with a wonderful disposition. Absolutely bulletproof. Brakes, oil changes, normal service. Currently 130,000 miles with no problems. We did replace the AC coil and compressor early on and it was kind of pricey - around $1400 but that has been it. Took a deer through the front end, didn't even rupture the radiator, all body work and lights, nothing mechanical except the battery was cracked. Still a nice driving car.
Took readings on chassis side connector, 1.32 volts. Understand it should be 5V. What's next? Code P0115 displayed when emission check run. Temperature normal, instrument at 3 o'clock
