Ok, I spent almost two weeks solid daily tracking everything with my volt meter from hood to ignition. I replaced a few parts however it still has no start. I replaced the ECU Relay and it started but would not drive-no power. The next day it would not start, same issues. I took it to the dealer and after them having it for three weeks we are leaning on the ECU.. How can you test it or pin test it if it isn't running or if the ECU is removed from the car? What are the directions to diagnosing the ECU for failure? The certified authorized hyundai dealer has stated they are stumped to find the real issue and do not know how to test the ECU? Can anyone help me help them????

I was receiving a code PO335 (CKPS) I replaced that myself and verified the timing adjustment -TDC- put new belt on and all correlating and required parts. Also replaced camshaft sensor since I was in there. Problem is the vehicle won't crank and when I trip the system/reset the ecu by turning ignition on off until ecu clicks it will occassionaly turn a revolution but not continual. I have cheked battery and am going to test alternator. What are your thoughts on the starter selenoid being froze or bad? How about a relay? I checked and it says there is a relay panel in the passenger compartment- can't find and I have taken out glove box- Does your book-shop manual show anything different? I know these cars are notorius electrical hazards-lots of problems. Anyhow I can't seem to find common denominator to resolve. I followed chasis grounds all clean and solid... I am stumped.... Ignition switch, selenoid, alternator, relay,ECU?
