I have been the customer in my life, and didn't like the position of being at the mercy of someone I wasn't sure I could trust. I like the customers thanking me for being honest, and explaining the reason their vehicle needs to see the doctor, and what it takes to make it feel better.

Question Answered:

If your air pump is running, the air bags on a lot of vehicles develop cracks. If you can raise the vehicle allowing the wheels to hang down, the place the rides on the metal part of the strut will be exposed. This part of the airbag collects dirt, moisture, road debris, Etc. After time they develop cracks that will no longer hold air pressure. This is the most common cause of failure.

Question Answered:

Shouldn't have been anything to do with the bleeding, maybe just coincidental. I always have bad luck; If it's going to happen, it's going to happen to me! If your wheel is harder to turn than normal, more than likely your power steering has problems. Check your fluid level, if good, maybe power steering pump or rack & pinion going bad. Have someone check it for you.
