If there's enough room between the fan and the radiator.
If it starts and runs, it's not seized. Does it quit running at the end of the driveway.
The ECU controls the cruise, the switch just tells the request for the cruise. There are other things involved in the cruise circuit that my be causing this as well.
Computer data scan and back pressure tester. Probably not the convertor.
The convertor does not cause burning oil. Engine issue.
Possible temp/blend door actuator. Scan the a/c control system.
Check the linkage to the case under the truck.
Possible valve cover gasket and tube seals.
Moving or sitting still when turning the wheel. Possible power steering pump or gear issue.
Maybe the compressor is locked up and burning the belt.
