I have had my share of Acuras and the timing chain should last to 100,000 miles. At 100,000 it is good to get the car serviced, they will change the belt. Because the timing belt is in with the engine, if the belt goes so does the engine.
I ahce almost the same problem. The driver's side controls all the other doors. It is probably the actuator, which is the little motor in the door. I have found them online for $18.00. THe bad thing is you have to take the whole door apart to fix it.
I have a 2004 TSX and it is burning oil. It does not smoke but it is down a quart every 400 miles. Anyone else have this problem?
