Sounds like you have an air pocket in the cooling system. Let it run with the cap off and fill coolant. Make sure the cooling fans are working.

Sounds like you hydrobooster is leaking. It is assisted by the power steering pump. See if the ps fluid is low. The hydrobooster usually leaks right where it bolts on to the master cylinder.

Sounds like a leaking fuel pressure regulator. Moniter with a fuel pressure guage and see if it holds pressure after key is turned off.

Sounds like a bad tilt motor. See if it has power. Can you hear it trying to work? See if tilt motor is sold seperately.

First check your brake fuse for open. If o.k. then check your brake switch's power and ground circuits. If they are o.k. make sure the brake switch is adjusted properly. If no power out of brake switch it is probably a bad brake switch. If you have power out of the brake switch, make sure the bulbs and sockets are good and check the circuit from the brake switch to the brake lights.
