These codes indicates that your engine is running "rich". This means your o2 sensor senses more fuel less air. check your air intake up to the throttle body for obstruction(air filter, mass air flow sensor and screen, hoses etc.) Its possible that injectors could be leaking into the cylinder instead of atomizing and spraying properly. double check your new fuel regulator as well if its leaking fuel into the vacuum hose to intake. How does it run? does it sputter/hesitate/misfire?
New Oil pan from your local dealer is $630. labor $600 @ $85 labor rate. check labor rate in your area or shop of choice. plus the cost of oil and gasket. Prices will vary from shop to shop but should be around this ball park. dealer of course is much more. Find a reputable shop here on repair pal and consult with them. :) goodluck!
A flashing check engine light is a definite "Misfire" and a catalytic damaging issue as well. There are many variables that can cause a misfire. Its very broad, you can have issues with ignition, fuel, air intake, exhaust, timing issue to name a few. My advice is to have it diagnosed and tested by a reputable shop that works or specializes on volvo's. let us know once you figure out your problem. So somebody else with the same issue can be helped. :)
Brake caliper bracket bolts are 75 ft/lb (100 Nm) recommend to use new bolts! torqued bolts stretch when its torqued:)
Have the fuel pressure checked. New parts can be defective at times.
You can purchase a dye that can be mixed with your oil and locate it with a black light. Another tip would be to clean the area of the leak completely, it makes locating oil leaks easier. :)
Have your battery tested first. I believe parts stores does this as a free service. start there. Otherwise a parasitic current draw could be the cause of your issue. Finding and locating this takes understanding of an automotive electrical system and skill. Find a reasonable reputable shop to do this for you.

Clanking or knocking noises can be caused by bad rod bearings which are caused by oil deprivation. Check your oil quality and level.
Sounds like a power issue. Make sure all wires and connections to the battery are tight and secure. if you have not yet done so, bring your battery to a parts store to get a proper reading and testing of your battery. Some bad batteries can still take charge but when put under load like a starter completely looses half of the voltage if not completely.
