it should pull out of the body at the door sill and may pull out of the door. can be pulled back enough to check wires. have repaired several of them.
have you looked at the brake fluid level?
fuse box under dash, fuse f210 is a 30 amp fuse. fuse f230 is a 10 amp fuse.

p0411 is for secondary air pump. air pump located between radiator and transmission. diverter valve located under intake tube between air filter and throttle body. p0420 is for catalytic converter bank 1 which is the rear converter.
need to get this to a dealership. have a service bulletin 11-11-8 that may concern this problem. need to have codes run to see if this is related to your concern.
the concern with it not cooling good is probably low refrigerant level. when air stops blowing out the vents is a vacuum concern. need to get it to a shop to have checked.
door switch in one of the latches is stuck. try spraying wd40 into the latches at each door. open and close doors several times. will sometimes work. if not, take to a dealer. they can hookup and tell you which switch is bad.
ford had a bad problem with the coils on this vehicle. service bulletins 05-16-02 and 05-22-08 discuss testing the coils. ford service computer can diag both the coils and the injectors.
you probably have a broken wire going to the driver side door. usually located in the rubber tube running between the door and the body. can spot the tube with the door open.
