not familiar with emission there. you say he cleared the computer. find out if he reset the keep alive memory. that resets the computer on the fuel learn table. the vehicle is then driven and relearns the way it is driven to set the fuel trims.

this car has several different valves that control the a/c and heater. a dealer can run diag on your a/c to see if it is more than just a Freon concern. did one not to long ago, heater valve stuck open. no cold air. set a code in the control module.

restraint system has a longer warranty than the 3yr/36000 mile warranty. yours may be out on time. check with dealer on the warranty for the restraints.

if it quit suddenly, it may have blown a hose, seal or compressor gone out. need to know if it has freon in system before trying to charge. if it does, no way to know how much without being evacuated. need to take to a shop, have them inspect a/c system.

this vehicle may still have emission warranty. call a dealer to find out. hybrid has some warranty differences than a gas model.

radio has to be sent to a radio shop for repair of display. can get rebuilt units at a dealership or ebay. also salvage yards ok.

does have fuel filter located in front of fuel tank above rearend. if sitting for a long time, gas probably bad. if low, add gas and a good fuel system cleaner. drive for couple days, may clear up. if not may need injectors cleaned.

get engine warm, turn a/c on. at idle, fan should be turning pretty fast and should feel air above engine being pulled through radiator. if slow or not much air felt, probably fan clutch.
