if automatic temp control, the blower controller is fault. can tap it to see if blower works. is located below heater hoses at firewall.

first off, sitting that long, the gas is really bad. drain tank, add some good injector cleaner. may have to have injectors cleaned. change oil and filter, fuel filter. code set because fuel bad. may have even damaged oxygen sensor.
if cam is actually locked up, it's time for an engine. what engine? if 4 cylinder, make sure timing belt is not broken.
agree with greg's auto. also might check the mass air flow sensor.
relieve fuel pressure from rail. remove bolts holding fuel rail. lift rail enough to pull injectors out of intake. pull injector out of rail. lube O-rings on new injector, slide in to fuel rail. inspect O-rings on other injectors to make sure thy did not stick in fuel rail. lube O-rings, install fuel rail. BE SURE TO CYCLE KEY ON-OFF A COUPLE OF TIMES AND INSPECT TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE NO FUEL LEAKS BEFORE STARTING ENGINE.
easiest way is to remove system. follow wires to where they tie in to vehicle harness. cut and splice vehicle harness.

better get it to a shop to have it checked. lot of trouble with trans in this vehicle.
just had one in the shop, had to put a shifter assembly in for hard to get out of gear. parts are not available separate. comes as an assembly.
