My Navigator still has a miss even after it has been checked out, here's what we've tried so far:
1. New spark Plugs
2. New Fuel Filter
3. Cleaned Mass Air Sensor
4. Checked Injectors
5. Getting 100lbs. of pressure to Cylinders
6. Fuel is getting 30lbs. of pressure
7. Checked Hoses underneath
My husband and his nephew have checked almost everything on this vehicle, they said that they checked it for a vaccuum leak too. One of the guys helping them builds his own Mustangs, so he knows a lot about cars, and they said that they don't know what to do next. I have three kids and this is the only vehicle I have, and we have spent so much money already, we don't really know what to do!!! Please does someone have any ideas that we haven't tried? Could it be the fuel pump? Transmission? It doesn't seem to be slipping or anything, and my husband said its clean and the car was driving pretty good, but now when you go uphill, it will barely go at all. thanks....
Question Asked: I have a miss in my Lincoln navigator making it put pretty bad/ don't know???

I have a miss in this 1998 Navigator and I had the fuel filter replaced already and we also hooked it up to my husband's nephew's computer at his garage, and it shows no codes whatsoever. They said the catalytic converter was out (one one each side) and they think that could be causing the problem..They said they are going to use some kind of glass muffler things to help fix it cheaper, but I don't know if that's the right thing or not...Help someone please before they tear up something else...What should I do....They said it looked like the fuel pump had already been replaced, and they said that someone had previously put the wrong coils on there. I need this vehicle running properly asap as I have 3 kids, and I need my wheels....HELP!!!!!!
