I BOUGHT MY CHARGER IN 2006 BRAND NEW. NO PROBLEMS UNTIL NOW, JAN. 2010. I WAS DRIVING FINE AND THE CAR ACTED LIKE IT GOT STUCK IN NEUTRAL. BUT IT WAS IN DRIVE. AND IT WOULD NOT GO FASTER THAN 30MPH, EVEN WHEN I STEPPED ON IT HARD. I MADE IT HOME, IT WAS WITHIN 2 MILES OF MY HOUSE. AFTER IT COOLED OFF I DROVE IT AGAIN AND IT WAS OKAY. BUT IT'S AT THE DEALERSHIP NOW. AND THEY THINK IT'S A SENSOR IN THE TRANSMISSION. THE DIAG. MACHINE DIDN'T PICK UP ANYTHING. I KNOW SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT WITH IT. IT SEEMED LIKE THE TRANSMISSION FLUID WAS OUT OR LOW. YOU CAN'T CHECK IT YOURSELF, CUZ THERE IS NO TRANS. STICK IN THE TUBE THING WHERE THE TRANSMISSION FLUID GOES. I'M SO DISCUSTED. I LOVE MY CHARGER, BUT WHEN THE TRANSMISSION STARTS ACTING UP. IT'S TIME TO TRADE FOR A NEW CAR. SCARY. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS COULD BE? HAS ANYONE HAD TROUBLE WITH THIS BEFORE. ALSO THE EMMISSION LIGHT CAME ON FOR A DAY. THEN IT WENT OUT. IT NEVER FLASHED JUST WAS ON FOR A DAY. WHEN IT WENT OUT, I THOUGHT THE CAR WAS FINE. AND THAT'S WHEN IT ACTED LIKE IT WAS STUCK IN ONE GEAR ALMOST NEUTRAL. PLEASE HELP.
