do you have any ck eng lite on? you may need to have it scanne to ck fuel trim,this could be several issues
righty tighty levty loosey. but its going to be very tight. you have to hold crank pulley or flywheel to get it loose. if you can remove starter it will give you access to flywheel teeth
sounds like a cam or crank seal they should have been repl during timing belt work.
if all pressure are correct you may have a bad clutch coil or cycling switch
po440 is an evap leak, have a smoke test done by your mech,there may be a vac leak causing some issue
