I had no cold air at all. Recharged it but before I got home it was not cold anymore. I realize I have a leak but the problem is...when for a short moment it was blowing cold air, the driver side was not cold like the passenger and the automatic temp control was set on same degrees.
My blower motor quit. I replaced it. I notice when I removed the old one the plug was burnt but assumed the old blower was the problem. I plugged the new one in before installing but it worked ok. After I got it installed I touched the plug and it was really hot. Is the blower causing this or is the resistor bad?
I know the heater blower motor is gone. I removed the glovebox door and all screws I could find and the cover still won't let go. I pulled a diagram from the internet and it doesnt help. Someone told me I have to remove the entire dash to get to a hidden screw. It that true? Help me get the cover off. Please!!!
I replaced the whole struts system (springs and all), ball joint, mount bearing, disconnected the stabilizer links (whole sway bar) and still have that clunking on front passenger side. What else? Everyone just new this would fix it.
I have a 2001 G Caravan & T&C and when the heater is on in the Dodge the passenger front blows cold air. When the AC is on in the T&C it doesnt blow on the driver side. What could cause that? What do I start replacing to start the process of elimination.
I am sure it is the rack and pinion based on the previous answer so how much is this going to cost in labor? I priced the r&p at $145.00
I have a 2001 Grand Caravan and 2001 Town and Country. Both make the loud clanking over bumps. One pulls to the right.
I was told the struts are causing the clanking when I drive over bumps in the road. Doesn't sound so bad on the interstate though. They told me they replaced the struts but sound was still there. Then they said it was the wheel bearing "just needs greasing". Struts or wheel bearing?
Steering would suddenly become difficult. Then return to normal. Replaced the pump 3 times. Was told the rack and pinion was next. Then I saw a consumer complaint about the struts. The Dodges all have trouble with them I understand b/c of the plastic bearings, and mine is clanking, but would the struts cause the steering the become stiff suddenly (especially in cold weather)
