My 92 4X4 ranger has 30 x 9.5 tires on the factory sport 15 x 7 wheels. Has 4.0 engine , what would you suggest me run my tire pressure at. Ive been running them around 42 psi w/ no problems , i just wanted a "Pros" opinion.
Machinist in Nashville. Was told it could also be 1 of the 2 Cat. Converters thats on my truck is clogged. Was also told to install new fuel filter & go from there. Im going insane, and its hard to take it to a shop when your laid-off and the money is xtremely tight !
Truck just stops running. Mechanic said fuel is probably getting warm & causes this.It just started doing this 2 wks ago when the weather started getting warm. When enging is cold it fires up on first crank.When it stops,takes a couple of hours to restart. NO check engine light ever comes on. Only gets about 15mpg in city. New Cheap fuel pump 16 mo. ago and new fuel filter. Been told to replace pump with better one. HELP,PLEASE..IM LOST
