look at your oil trap,,it is a cause for all the above problems..just pull yourdipstick ..if u c smoke and blowby..sluge..well,thats your problem..
well..if you want to keep her..runnig great and long ,,i say 1200..1500..including oil changes ,tire rotations etc, ect..
check your oil trap..if u have smoke coming out of your dipstick and it wont idle right..its clogged..shame on the dealer.they need to look into this..
thats fine..105k is the service limit..get it done,, have your piece of mind..
o yeah..your oil trap is clogged ,,thats why it blew the cam seals..if your going do a belt ,,do everything related, the seal are 200/300 job..but if the tech is doing the belt and pump..he /she ..they should do a lil discount,,,

please check your oil trap..if inop..it will send oil vapor under pressure thu your engine .you will get surges and it will trip a code,,
water pump,,idler pulley..and cam seals,their in the same area, plus is not hard to replace..
105k...be safe..not sorry..vavle job is very high on 5 cyl. volvo.. just get r done..and enjoy another 100k..
its time..better safe than out of 1800, for valve service,,,
