It sounds like the problem is with the belt components, not the belt itself. Did you authorize the replacement of the belt ONLY or the Timing belt, hydraulic/mechanical tensioner, tensioner pulley, and guide pulley? If the other components failed, it is not the first shops fault. It is hard to assume responsibility for a FAILED part you didn't authorize to replace! I always sell these components and more with every timing belt replacement, little wonder I never get this kind of headache coming back on a tow truck! Unlike other "mechanics" in RepairPal and in the real world who just try to save their customers money by changing the belt only.

there should be two screws holding the lenses up on the outside, remove them.
