your car has a oil cooler on the drivers side of the radiator. Check radiator or two oil lines running to the radiator. Lines could be leaking
yes there is enough room to remove it. They have a little access panel on top of blower motor that gives you just enough clearence to remove blower motor! I replaced one last week!
