Question Asked: What is the procedure to get air pockets out of this cooling system?

I have recently replaced the timing belt and water pump and T-Stat on my 2001 Dodge Intrepid with a 3.2L and now I cant get all the damn air in the system out. The car starts over heating. The fans come on, but it seams like their is no circulation, might this be an air pocket in the system? How do I go about and get it out. I performed the bleed procedure like 6 times now by opening the bleeder till all air is out and a good steam of water/coolant comes out but still starts running hot after i close it and run the car? Any one have a solution to this? Thanx in advance.

The Occupant Restraint Controller (ORC) is mounted on a bracket, under the instrument panel, just forward of the storage bin.

The filter is found under the vehicle along the right side frame rail.

You say your washer pump works? Just cuz you can hear it run don't mean its working properly. Easy way to find out is to disconnect the the hose out of the washer pump and activate the motor. If its working fine you will see the pump spray. If it don't then u might have a restriction in side the tank on the pump screen. If that is clean you can have a bad pump. But if it does spray you can have a restricted hose to the nozzle or a break in the hose or bad nozzle. If you have a restriction in the hose or nozzle you can try blowing out the hose and nozzle or replace.

My temp gauge is inop. I want to test the gauge sending unit but I cant find it. Where is the location of the temp gauge sending unit? I found the ECT but not the sending unit?

I have a 2004 Dodge Intrepid that starts fine and runs fine for about 10 min till it warms up then it just dies out. At times it will start right up for about 1-10 min and same thing again. At times after it dies it wont start anymore till it sits for a while (cool down). The fuel pressure is at 58 psi and don't drop? does any one have a similar problem with answer? oh by the way no codes.
