it could be many things, the thermostat, cooling temp sensor, one of the fans, water pump, low coolant, i would get the car to your local mechanic if you have your check engine light i would get the car diagnose.

Did you check if the spark plugs have the proper gap ? take the plugs out and check for proper clearance make you not to drop the spark plugs when you put then back in the car.
is the check engine light on? do you have a local autozone around you they will diagnose the vehicle for free. i could be many things a code reader will narrow down the problem.

I would check the fuse first, it could be the horn switch on the steering wheel, the horn itself, the wiring in between or the fuse. Do you have a factory alarm or aftermarket.
