Try the MAF sensor, Fuel Filter, Air Filter, Check tire Pressures for Better MPG about the rough idle there was a service bulletin in 1993 about the idle air control motor maybe that's your problem.

02 sensor is mounted on the exhaust pipe below the exhaust manifold, it comes with a pigtail that must be protected, disconnect the negative battery cable, disconnect the sensor and replace it make sure not to contaminated the new one. for visual aids sent your request to sinautoscan.com/forum

You will fail the Yearly inspection, in some cars you could have your car misfire, sometimes if you leave your gas cap loose it can cause the EGR code try to replace the Gas Cap and reset the engine light with a Scantool or by disconnecting the battery terminals for 10mins if your radio is OEM from Nissan Make sure you have the radio code before you do this or simply buy a scantool Sinautoscan.com offers some for cheap.
