If you have air in the system it will not work correctly. You'll need to get another ac service where the remove the 134a, and vacuum the system fro 30minutes, then reinstall the 134. If still a no go(compressor wont turn on) then there is a problem with one of the sensors.

the hub centering rings are for your rims so the weight is not on the lugs. The lug nuts had to be loose to cause that issue.
change the oil and spark plugs and make sure the car is at operating temp before you take it in. Also don't shut it off while you're there to keep the cat hot and working correctly.
no the a/c belt is easy to change, the bottom bolt on the alt. is really tight thou. Check the p/s belt while you're there, the whole job should take 30 minutes and you'll need to remove the pass. half of the front splash sheild.
WHen a code is set in the computer for the engine all three lights come on. It's either a p0013 or a misfire code. Changing the spark plugs is the best way to go for a first step.
code P0325 is in all Nissan/Infiniti's so don't bother with it. THe car runs the same with it in memory or not and will not set the light. THe p0400 is the transducer below the egr valve.
