I Would First Take The Car To A Shop And Have The Coolant System Pressure Tested To See If You Have A Leak. From Your Description It Sounds If You Are Low On Antifreeze.

most heater cores require the removal of a potion or all of the dash board. There usually is no easy repair. Its best left to a professional shop with qualified techs. Going cheap or cutting corner can lead to serious damage or extra expenses

you have a emission issue with your vehicle. You will need to have the computer checked for codes with a scanner. There may be a diagnostic charge or auto zone can do it for free. It is something that needs to b checked so not to cause additional problems

There really is no diagrams for brake lines. The easiest wayto find there route is undo the line at the rubber brake line by the caliper and unclip the line as you follow it back to the master cylinder.
