Question Answered:

Hi, This is actually very common in Mercedes Benz Brakes, I see this all the time. There is nothing wrong with the brake components, I would follow the Dealership's advise and change the Brake Pads & Rotors. Also make sure you have had a Brake Fluid Flush in the past 2 years, if not this would be highly recommended. Drive Safe. Thanks for posting. Sam Boca-Star Services & Repairs, Inc. 561-237-5700

Question Answered:

Yes, there are two cylinders in that area, very common issue specially in the Florida heat. Luckily there are rebuild cylinders available. Once they start leaking it is recommended to replace all 9 or 11 of them depending on the application. We are in downtown Boca Raton area and would be happy to assist. Thanks for posting the question.

Question Answered:

Hi Jack, *** Only work on the system when the engine is completely stone cold and has sat overnight *** *** Extremely HOT otherwise *** Be careful *** The Easiest way would be to disconnect the Hoses going in and out of the heater core at the firewall. Install a piece of non corrosive metal pipe and clamp them together so they have proper flow. Good Luck and Be Safe! Thanks Sam

Question Answered:

Hi, Have you ever replaced any of these cylinders? Typically they leak one after the other because the pressure keeps increasing in the system. You have 2 cylinders on the left side of the trunk, one is the latch for the left rear of the top and the other is the ram for the fabric bow. Its highly recommended by most experts to replace them all at the same time. We just completed 2 W129s with the same issue, they typically have 11 or 12 cylinders. You are welcome to drive by so we may take a closer look. Thanks for posting

Hi, I could be multiple things like a vacuum leak, mass air flow meter the left bank's O2 sensors... Scan the codes. Also inspect the engine harness for shorts and deterioration. Good luck!

Question Answered:

Hi, There is a fault in the airmatic system, tow it to a good repair facility. Driving is not recommended. Most likely the left front strut is leaking or there is a leak in the airmatic circuit. Good luck
