    I recently brought my sons Explorer in to USA Auto because it was running extremely rough. They got it running great again with a tune up and new serpentine belt. My son is very happy that his truck is now getting much better gas mileage. We will be returning soon for new tires.

    This is without question the most honest place I have ever taken my vehicle too. I requested that they change my spark plugs because of bad gas milage I was getting. I received at phone call from Kelly the service advisor at the shop and she told me that they pulled the spark plugs and they looked good, she also told me that they tested other parts and found that the 02 sensors were weak and causing the lack of fuel milage. They very easily could have changed my spark plugs (as I requested) and told me about the 02 sensors, but they called me and told me that the plugs were good. I will never take my vehilce to another shop...GREAT JOB It is nice to know there are still honest people out there in the the times we live in.

    I want to thank you for the superior service at USA Auto Service. The work is always excellent and you and your employees go out of your way to accommodate me, which I really appreciate. You have a desire for excellence which shows in everything you do and a concern for the customer, which is so wonderful. Your employees have the same attitude. When I had my car in for repair last week, Butch made a special effort to get my car back to me in a timely manner, as I had to work in the afternoon. These are the kinds of things that will keep me coming back as I know you and your employees are dependable, honest and live up to your word.
