I seem to have the locking problem of another member on this Q/A board. Is there another way to unlock the trunk other than the key or power lock button on the inside?

Trunk won't open. Is there another way to get it open other than the latch? There is no key hole on the trunk and there isn't a power button. Help!
The car is a Chrysler Crossfire 2005.

Thanks! Indeed, I have the same problem. I took the car to body shop- small plastic pieces broken. Took 3 days to get them in stock, and then they broke them trying to put them in. Back on order....

The only way to open your trunk is you need to remove you licence plate bulb cover with bulb assembly on the Right side of the car.
Then you stick your finger in the small opening and Try then to feel around and find the latch lever and push it up. This is hard to do and you need have good coordination with your finger, Because it can be Hard and frustrating. Good Luck other wise you need to take it to good Five Star Chrysler Dealership because very few technician went to the Crossfire Training and Good one are hard to find.

2004 Crossfire, rear hatch won't lock or unlock. removed all rear hatch panels, after about 45 minutes of hearing a vacuum leak I found the broken vacuum hose in the elbow in the upper right hand wire loom where it makes the bend from the hatch to the body of the vehicle. The yellow vacuum hose was actually broken completely apart. re-attached with rubber hose, works fine now.
