  I brought my car in on Friday morning for a repair. The shop failed to call me, or return my call on Friday afternoon. They left for the weekend and never called me. Now my car is locked up, and I'm on call for the weekend without a car. The people at this shop need to learn some communication skills. If you use your car, don't bring it here. If you don't mind leaving your car until they feel like giving it back, this may be the shop for you.

  Karin is amazingly skilled and does his best work. He can fix anything, but does not if he honestly does not feel it's in the customer's interest. He puts his customer's first, not profit. To quote him "I can fix anything, but your car does not justify the repair, you can live with it till you replace it."

  Karan is the best. He'll take the time to explain what you need and why, give you options if safe and possible, asks a fair price and gets stuff done on time. Their loaner car system is great.
  I have always lucked out with mechanics, finding fair and honest people, but Karan is the best of them, and has a winning personality as well. After 10 years, I trust him implicitly.
