    November 2010 was our first experience with United Car Care and I have to say that they were able to find out why our vehicle would occasional not start. Scott checked the entire car out and everything checked out fine, so he offered to drive it (demon car as I called it) until it mysteriously decided not to start. By doing that, he was able to isolate and fix the problem. I would definitely recommend Scott's shop and services! Oh, and prior to taking the car to Scott, we went to another local shop and they could not figure out the problem, they just charged us for checking everything out and sent us on our way. So as Scott states, they can find problems that other shops cannot and we will be calling him for future car maintenance and repairs!! THANKS AGAIN SCOTT for caring enough to take the time needed to pin-point and fix the problem!!!

    These guys have always been upfront with me. This is the only shop I have come away from not feeling riped off. The work they have performed has been of excellent quality, and they are very friendly.

    It was close to closing time when I pulled in with no appointment and a steering issue on my truck. They took me right in, quickly found the problem, repaired it and got me on the road safe again at a price I could afford.

    If my Wife or Daughters have any car problems they will be going to United Car Care Center where I know they would be treated with respect and honesty.

    I was thrilled with the superior service and attention I received. My family was on their way out of town on vacation when the "Check engine light" came on. All the other service shops told me "3-days" before they could look at it! Scott told me to come on in. He went above and beyond and had us back on the road the same day. He even called the next day to make sure everything was still alright!! NOW

    The team is accomodating to my schedule and upfront with estimates. Each of the Technicians is certified, and they do a professional job. It is appreciated that they offer a heads up for service work that is 3-6 months down the road.

    What a difference from the first rating to my repairs. EVERY repair has been top notch. The few times I have had a problem with any detail, Scott or one of the great staff would take care of it. Normally at no additional charge. My Son and his family all deal there as well as my daughter and her family. We recommend Scott, Tony, Roger and Ron all the time. Keep up the good job guys.

    They are great on charging you 92.50 per hour. They are great at not finding what's wrong with your car so you have to keep coming back so they can keep charging you to fix the same problem. They are great at not standing behind they repairs on your car. I give them a poor rating on everything.
