We went to church and parked the car for a little over an hour. When we came out, my little boy came and wanted to "turn the car on" and while I was standing there, he said it wouldn't turn on. I tried to insert the key and it will go in, but it won't turn very far. The steering wheel turns slightly. The security light is not blinking and the lights and electric parts seem to work so don't believe its a battery issue. I tried WD-40 and tried to clean the key. Any idea or special switch I need to turn? We are trying to find the other key but seemed to have misplaced it. There is no key fab for the car.

Sounds like it's either the steering wheel lock, and you may be able to get the ignition switch unlocked by playing with the steering wheel.
Otherwise, you may have a problem with your ignition switch that another key won't help with. If that's the problem, you'll need a mechanic's help.
