Question: unable to locate elec. flasher for turn signals,hazards

where is the elec. flasher for the signal lights to change it.

    Should be located on the fuse block http://www.napaonline.com/Search/Detail.aspx?A=NF_LF12_01... This is what it looks like

    passenger side. remove glove box. remove plastic panel behind that. look up behind dash toward the center of the dash. there're be four relays/flashers. round and square

    I HAVE AN 88 NEW YORKER AND IT'S SUPPOS TO BE BEHIND THE CUP HOLDER, IF NOT THERE, CHECK YOUR OWNERS BOOK.
