All work is backed by an unbelievable 36-month/36,000-mile warranty and they offer complimentary loaner cars, a shuttle to work or home, and also a free pickup and delivery service to make your automotive repair and maintenance experience as painless as possible. Plus, their Oil Change That Gives Back program has raised over $15,000 donations to area charities in the last five years.

  It was the first time service with them after many other services going out of business or bad complaints and I heard this was a reputable place and we checked them out with the Better Business Bureau and we were very pleased.

  I trust them and that is really the biggest part of it. They don't try to push anything on me that isn't necessary, they are very courteous, they are exceptional. They take care of me very good. I totally trust them with my car.

  I have another car they just finished working on and I have been extremely pleased by the quality of the work. They are very nice, courteous and they offer shuttle service. I went to a Subaru dealer and got a quote and Ulmer's was much less. I am sold on Ulmer's.

  They are very polite, they keep you informed of what they're going to be doing. I got it out of the shop, I had to go to the hospital, and now my car is doing the same thing it was doing when I brought it in there. I'm sure if I take it back they'll get it fixed.

  I was going to Volvo showroom to get the things repaired, I was getting frustrated but Ulmer's had the solution instead of me selling the car and getting a new one. I am definitely satisfied with Ulmer's.

  The big thing for me is having an on-going partnership with Ulmer's as it relates to next steps to consider for my car. I have 200,000 miles and due to lay-offs I need to keep my car longer than I planned. They have been looking out for me and my cars best interest to keep it running that much longer until I can get another car. I am a total car person and ultra picky and question everything. I'm confident they do good work.

  I felt comfortable immediately on my first visit to Ulmer's office. I was elated I could have a car waiting for me and didn't have to worry about drop off and pick up. The service was excellent and look forward to Ulmer's servicing my car again when needed. I am very pleased to be able to do business with "local" people. I was told of possible repairs needed for my vehicle in the near future BUT never felt pressured they had to be dome at that moment. I was told prices and labor costs up front ....VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. Thank you.

  They said I needed a new front axel and it would not be safe for my son to drive back to dc. Took it immediately to Mercedes of Cincinnati where we purchased it and a new axel was not needed. Would have spent $1400!!
