Type S on 2002 Acura TL

Car runs fine...shifts smoothlyin ALL gears but shows Code P0740 . Freeze data shows problem occurred at 97kmh or 60 mph. ECT was 84C. what do you suggest? Transmission fluid pink but a little dirty

A P0740 indicates an issue with the torque converter clutch system for the trans. It could be a bad Linear Solenoid assembly or a bad torque converter. If you have over 120K miles then most commonly you'll need the converter.
