Question: turned off car then started back up no power steering no leaks and fluids fine

pulled up to store shut car off and came back out and no pwer steering the fluid levels fine and no leaks anywhere

    assuming the belt is still there, it could be a pump failure or rack failure. have a shop check it for you and give you a bid.
