Turn signals won't flash even after chging bulbs on 1997 Oldsmobile Regency

What else would be the most likely cause of the problem, a fuse or the relay? If it's the relay is there one for each side or just one for both? Where is(are) is located? Thanks Very Much Bill

The most common cause of all the turn signals not working would be a faulty turn signal flasher. The turn signal flasher is normally located some where near the steering column. Service information is available from AutoZone - www.autozone.com. They may have the wiring diagrams and component location chart you will need to diagnose and repair your turn signal issue.
