Question: Turn Signal - wrong direction

When I turn my signal on to turn right the left turn signal comes on. I don't know of anything that occurred that would cause this to happen. Any ideas?

    It could be a shorted turn signal wire harness or a bad combination switch internally. Best to have a mechanic check it out before you start removing parts that may or may not be defective.
