The 03 Accord turn signal circuit is very complex utilizing a combination light switch, a combination switch control unit and a multiplex control unit. This is best diagnosed with the Honda interface HDS to see what's going on when the turn signal lever is turned to the right. It can be diagnosed without the HDS, but I wouldn't do it without a wiring diagram to follow a diagnostic procedure. It may be in your best interest and cheaper in the long run to take it to the dealer or at least an electrical expert for diagnosis.

I was able to fix it myself, i worked on 3 million dollar helicopters for the army. How much more complex can a honda accord be. It was fairly simple too. All you need is a multimeter and a jumper wire. i was able to save money in the progress. The dealer wanted 125 just to check it. i fixed it for half that amount
