Check fuse 1 (15 Amp) in the dash fuse box, check fuse 4 (30 amp) in the engine compartment fuse box. The hazard warning light switch is illuminated when the dash lights are turned on so a short in that circuit will affect all the lights you mention. Fuse 2 (10 amp) in the dash fuse box supplies power to the parking light circuit via the red wire of the light switch when the switch is turned on.
