Prior to jacking or lifting a vehicle with air suspension, you must turn off the suspension switch. The switch is generally located in the trunk or on the right side of the passenger foot well.

they change a tire with out turning off the switch,now i have the ligh on on the board i have to bring it to the dealer to scanner but that cost its any other way to fix it >

Tow truck failed to turn off air suspension resulting in damaged airbag.

You have to turn off the air suspension to jack the car up or to pick it up with a lift. Very dangerous NOT to do this as the airbags that are an integral part of the air suspension are constantly checked by one of the onboard computers and will adjust whether or not the car is running.
